If any furnishings break or are damaged, they are Tenant’s responsibility.

I originally planned on staging the house, but my agent suggested it would make it an easy target for thieves breaking into a vacant house (unfortunately it is that type of area).He did bring up the idea of virtual staging, a service where you send in your photos and they populate them with furnishing and decor that look totally realistic (I looked at a few samples).

It also keeps the door open for monthly furnished seasonal rentals which are high demand and may net you more then long term.

I have about half of the furniture needed to furnish and decorate for short-term rental (VRBO, Airbnb, Vicasa). 

Hi Chris,  Are you considering being the landlord and leasing out furnished units/rooms to your employers' visiting employees? 

The more proof you can furnish the better obviously.

Most of the furnishings are new so I'd rather just keep them nice and bank on Mid and High season to make my return while preserving the condo's new appeal.

I'd prefer to rent in out fully furnished but will also consider unfurnished.

They should be able to at least furnish bank statements.
