Flying to the Caribbean or Mexico for a week is now driving to the Smoky Mountains).Having said all that, going LTR during a recession or downturn is a way to hedge losses on an STR.

I was told in order to achieve anonymity that I have two options:1) To create a living trust owned by my wife and I, and then make the trust be the sole member of the holding LLC (by doing this, our names will not be on the articles of organization).2) To form another LLC in another state that offers anonymity such as Wyoming, Nevada, or New Mexico, and make this LLC be the sole member of my AZ holding LLC.Which option would you better recommend in order to get the maximum asset and charging order protection?

@Phillip Flores I'm a person of various trades if you will haha.

But they have an international airport there you can get flights to Mexico and US.. it really opened up when they put an ILS in.. before that it was just an NDB approach and with the low winter inversions made it tough getting in.there are 2 nice ski areas within 1 hour.. 

@Raul Flores assuming you are closing at a Title company .. ask your escrow office to prepare and note agreement for you and buyer.
