I think of it like fishing sometimes.

She is dropping 6k tomorrow to convert from oil to gas heat, so her costs right now are scaring her.Waiting 2 weeks with a lower price would still mean it was empty on October 1 which is her self imposed deadline for rental.  

With that will come a lot of real estate investing, and here in the Rust Belt the opportunities for older buildings are still rich and varied.I'm working with a Oil & Gas land man who is also taking a new direction in his life.

I know that major chains invest in areas where they can make money, so a Costco, Whole Foods, or Trader Joes signifies a neighborhood getting better while a McDonalds, dollar store or oil change place does not. 

I also work up in Soldotna, Alaska as a fishing guide so that's cool you work in Alaska as well!

There are benefits to having both.When you go fishing or hunting, you have your local experts near your home and fishing and hunting guides who know the ins and outs and sweet spots of the place you wish to travel to.The laws in CA and OK are similar both still very different. 

If you claim your fishing job as a W2'd income, there is a shot.

Since 30% of Canada's GDP comes from exports (and more than a quarter of that is oil) any slowdown in purchasing from China plus any knock on effects from other countries tied to China could really put a dent in the Canadian economy (see http://www.worldstopexports.com/canadas-top-export... for the top 10 list).

Further more am I supposed to view these properties prior to sending mail or am I only fishing to get a return call or email???
