To streamline our efforts in getting everything we need I was hoping someone had a huge list of everything we could need (aside from decor).

The nails in the wall were from pictures and decor we had in the home when we lived there.

There's a great amount of lousy listings to compete with, which is encouraging, but that's partly a product of it being very hard to get properties improved, decorated, cleaned, etc.

Ex:  "Two Chicks Investments"  (owned by 2 women) leaves a cute little 2 bird decoration at each house they sell. 

We fully furnished and decorated the unit to make it as attractive as possible to STR tenants.

Both need furnishings and decor etc to get started as an AirBnB.

We fully furnished, decorated, and added a fire pit and hot tub.

Aside from that, what drives me nutz is the 40+ pic listings with the artsy-fartsy close-ups of things like the fruit-bowl on the stagged table, or some random decoration.......

Added hot tub, high end "cabiny" furniture, modern decoration, built a pergola and privacy wall on the back porch.

Best prices and selection on flooring I've found is Flood & Decor they also have some shower items, I like Ikea for cabinets prices are reasonable however turnaround time can be an issue.
