I was wondering what the process is to get a lot rezoned from a single-family to a multifamily (triplex preferred) in the Temple University area of Pennsylvania.

I will likely be there but would prefer it to be small rather than large.I expect I will see some of you in Vegas.  

I would prefer to hold on to both properties if possible, but if we cannot cash flow (with the HELOC), we cannot do that. 

@Kwok Wong it should be as simple as contacting your preferred lender and telling them you have a house you are ready to finance.
