Orchards have "less" risk....but this is like saying row crops are like craps tables and orchards are like blackjack.....the odds can be against you from the get-go.

I did look into REI meetings however only one in my area and they are in session while I am getting my 3 hours of sleep before work so difficult at this time.

I rather not get too specific how much money I have unless it was in a private session. 

I've had past tenants who would lose their mind over trivial stuff, so I couldn't imagine the flip-out session they'd have to experience sparks flying.We took care of the situation as promptly as possible, but this trouble lasted a few days.

One of them is a Mastermind session with those investors that are networking at a higher level, meeting with those that are running into problems.

Then they separate those that do buy up to the next level and leave the rest of the people to face a barrage of follow up phone calls and "discounted" training session offerings. 

I attended one of their monthly education sessions. 

.,... but how to pick up the phone when it rings, well, that's in the Advanced Session that costs $5,000.

I come away from these things, especially the well marketed and "information packed" sessions feeling I've been had as far as my time is concerned or maybe that I have unrealistic expectations.
