I structure most of my rehabs this way, where I have a passive investor who puts up funds alongside of mine for a share of the profits.

If I come across any opportunities to network or work alongside an investor, we could meet up and discuss in detail.  

I am wanting to engage more frequently with people more knowledgeable and/or experienced than me.

I am engaged to beautiful women from Bogota Colombia we are waiting for her visa approval hopefully within the next few months.
