Hmm...He may be able to give you some nuggets but these seminars are typically an opportunity to sell you books or an upgrade to his super-duper conference where he reveals the real secrets.

There are two products that I know of one is called Super Seal and the alternative is a competing product called AC Leak Freeze that we used in this particular case.  

Then driveways look super rough, so sealing them is likely out.

Just had an investor send me one in East Dallas/Garland/Mesquite area that was super beat up and went for $15,000 over asking.
