I can leave my house in San Diego in the morning, fly up,  swing by the rentals to check in,  and take a walk on Bandon Beach long before sunset.   

Assembly Bill 2216, introduced Tuesday by Assemblymember Matt Haney, D-San Francisco, would prohibit landlords from having blanket policies against renting to pet owners.

Other companies associated with him are “The San Clemente Group” and “Flip Team”.

I'm looking at investment properties in San Francisco, mainly homes and multi-unit buildings.

I am in the San Fernando Valley and I would be happy to help you with your transactions (on the buyer side) once they are in escrow.

Using some metrics that I find valuable I determined that San Antonio was a good city to hone in on.

I am in San Antonio and I think I am going to just wholesale it.

I can't speak to other states but I know in San Francisco Bay Area, LA and San Diego (expensive coastal cities) that if someone buys at a discount then can do a fix and flip and make a nice profit (before capital gains tax).

I sold a condo I bought in the San Francisco Bay Area because of the ever increasing HOA fees (increased 3 times in over 2 years to $605 a month) - really wanted to keep it because it was in a good location for commuters but the numbers didn't work.
