We don't mind getting a fixer upper and building as we live in it.

And leave it at that.My 4 unit is a former general store and as with many small, old towns, the rear was the mortuary/embalming location before the bodies were then taken back to homes for the wake/funeral.

One thing I wish I would have done differently was to get more of a fixer upper.
