Hi @Maricruz Romero, if you happen to be in town on the 21st, there is a Main Monthly meeting of the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association (TREIA) on Tuesday evening.

I believe you're the fifth new member from our area in as many days...the numbers are growing rapidly for the amount BP members in the Triangle. 

. =) But I'm wondering if it's worth it to consider buy and hold investing in the Triangle Area, NC (Raleigh-Durham). 

  $250 to $1,000 for lot / block  has been my experience in the triangle (Houston - Austin - San Antonio)Who pays is negotiable...but it is typically considered a buyer expense for residential conveyances.

I have a great online magazine that will give you insight to every area in the Triangle, you will find it very useful.

I manage about 55-60 doors in the Triangle area of NC.
