On the feedback form, I would keep your feedback short, very concise, and sweet and end your feedback with the statement "writing an offer, expect within 2-3 hours".

Secondarily is execution risk (i.e. do I make the expected IRR).I've invested in deals on both Realtyshares and RealtyMogul, as the deal types and return profiles seem to be right in the sweet spot for me.
