I'm 31 looking for a career change and do over in life.

Taking the time to thoroughly evaluate the pros and cons of each option will guide you toward the most suitable choice for your real estate investing journey.

Maybe something more suitable would be self storage or MH park where you do not even have to deal with tenants and toilets and get a higher ROI.

One of the tings you need to learn is that if you dont want to be a "finance person" then property management or real estate in general is not the career for you, because it it all boils down to numbers and if you think you can wing it without understanding finances then you wont make it in real estate.
