If you are planning to buy a rental property while renting an apartment, lenders will have to count both of it as a liability.

Those will now count toward your debt in the qualification.If none of those trip you up, then yeah, do it.

My loan feel through because I didn't have enough time in the army to use the VA loan and I was counting on it the whole time so since that feel through I hade to go the FHA rout witch increased my interest rate 1.3 percent and on top of that I now have to pay PMI and if I had been planning more than one loan in the begging I would have been prepared Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

If I'm in the situation I would never count on receiving any money, but at least now I know a course of action that could potentially aid me and will effect their reports to aid other landlords if I ever need it.  

Nothing inconsiderate about this as long as you are planning to follow through and actually buy some of these deals.If you've already dialed in your buy box then you're probably only sending them to properties that you are likely to write an offer on (the right location, the right condition, the right bedroom count, the right lot size, the right amount of bedrooms, etc).

Has anyone actually gotten "a few thousand in Property tax reduction" simply by planting 6+ fruit trees, or just a temporary reduction in assessed value based on the cost of the multiple fruit trees being exempt from counting as an improvement (temporarily) called an "ORCHARD"??

It is the bedroom count (lot loading) that dictates the septic size generally.

We are in a similar position on door count and I've listened to a ton of content, read books, etc.

If the property does not close until spring of '25 do the hours spent furniture shopping in January still count?
