My question to you all is, considering we are and( I’m assuming) we are in a recession.

In the last recession (2008), Class C were the cash cow. 

My question is, with possibility of a recession/correction should I sit on my cash to see how everything unfolds.

In the past recessions have been slow to creep into our market but inversely so have upturns.

I believe COVID-19 with have the same impact as the 2008 recession in a few years (lets say 24 months).In my opinion this is a good time to create a LLC so in two years its aged which is a good criteria for business lending (two years of creation).

I been reading “Recession Proof Real Estate Investing” by J Scott (great book), and now I’m looking to explore the Market Analysis area.Does anyone have recommendations on a book / other knowledge source I should check on?
