Next year with a new president and possible higher interest rates and possible more inventory should be interesting. 

We have done well because of immigration and do not know how that will be effected by the next President.

As far as PM companies there is one that I hear good things from other investors, Access property management is one, owner is also the president of the local reia, great guy and very knowledgeable.
