Does anyone know the rules/regulations or where to look for starting an Air BB in Wheat Ridge CO/Jefferson County.

Do you receive the funds when booked or is it held by air bnb/home away until the reservation date is reached?

I know Nashville has been a hot bed for Air Bnb controversy recently, but I think as long as it's your primary residence it can still work and be legal?  

You might even consider Air BnBing a unit.
