While the performance of these private investments and funds can easily outstrip the performance of traditional investments, the risk of a bad actor (principal) is certainly higher.    

Honestly folks I think we can all supply ample evidence of 'integrity-challenged' actors out there in the marketplace, whether they are wholesalers or they are real estate agents.

And endorsements are purchased too, there are endorsement brokers who make a business out of it, I don't think actors endorse reverse mortgages for nothing.

At the end of the day I will not let any one owner put my Real Estate Licenses i jeopardy based on not knowing the laws the VRLTA (Virginia Residential landlord Tenant Act),or Fair housing.

While I understand that from your perspective it’s a lot more exciting to think that these are paid actors and fake testimonials, the reality is that they are real people and they are describing real experiences with DoHardMoney.I would certainly acknowledge that we would benefit from encouraging more of our customers to jump onto BiggerPockets and share their experiences.
