So, look for neighborhoods that are close to bus stops and innovation hubs with high job growth.

I have done a notice to all beneficiaries, I did a interim disbursement to beneficiaries in Nov,  and a year end accounting with final disbursement to the beneficiaries that reflected end of their rights as of end of 2016.  

Expect continued experimentation and innovation with fees and business models (IMO a good thing), though that does put some extra burden on the investor to parse and understand the particulars before proceeding.

We are also advocating to have the tax imposed only on rentals that are rented for longer than 100 days, and for a bill that would distinguish between different rental markets.The legislators need to hear the voices of homeowners!
