I think the challenge here is that we are very new and established the business last year.  2 person crew as of this point, looking to scale logically.The different channels makes sense and implementing systems surrounding each channel and the results of each.  

These are my thoughts on implementing TRID so far.

I am implementing more systems including inspections after I buy to make sure nothing is missed.

You implement a legal well written lease agreement and you adhere to the guidelines in that contract.

You are going to do your job and tell how what you are going to do next  and she has to do her job.Tell her your plan and just how quicklly you are going to implement it and tell her what her plan must be.  

What challenges are you anticipating on Oct 3 this year when TRID is supposed to be implemented? 

But, listen closer to them and you see that none of them implement these strategies.

It all depends on the situation what type of back-up exit strategy you implement into your deals.

This is a piece of advice Sean Terry (one of the wholesaling gurus) recommended and that I implemented in my business.

I gotta hand it to ya, at your age, having a plan in place or knowing that you need to have a plan in place, and taking action on implementing it, puts you miles ahead of your generation.
