Keep in mind that along with rent you also need to cover furnishings, utilities, cleaning staff, maintenance and supplies.

Best case, nobody takes over your property, but you are paying a mortgage, insurance and property taxes on a property that you barely use...Ideally, you would buy a place furnish it and master lease the property to somebody who does furnished rentals. 

I’d guess in a furnished unit. 

The doors will cost $800 to replace.The lease says the following regarding maintenance of the grounds:"Tenant shall at all times, maintain the Property in a clean and sanitary manner including all equipment, appliances, furniture and furnishings therein and shall surrender the same, at termination hereof, in as good condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.

Not the furnishings needed to raise rents or repairs to make the property durable.

It' fully furnished and is booked 95% for the next 2 1/2 months.

I am now finishing up one property that is ideally located as a furnished rental catering to the travel nurse profession. 

It will be vacant for much of the winter months its only 4 years old I built it.Master on the main.. 5 bed 5 bath  fully furnished with nice stuff.. basement with full gym etc.. 

I plan on renting out the bedrooms in a 4/2.5 SFH.1) Would it be a good idea for me to furnish the rooms or do most people bring all their own furniture?

Linens/furniture would go in its own bucket as furnishings and be written off a different way.
