From a cost perspective, it was approximately $15,000. 

Tell her that you would need to see a year's worth of bank statements to prove the alimony payments were reliable, and since she can't provide that, then you have to deny her.And in the future, find any possible legal excuse you can to deny anyone going through a divorce or freshly divorced.  

However, when an LLC owns the property, it will not be in your personal name, which can result in higher interest rates on financing.This is just food for thought to give you a full 360-degree perspective on the topic.

.- As with any RE transaction, it's best to consider the other parties perspective when determining feasibility.

You will have to run the numbers, but its probably not going to make sense from a numbers perspective.
