Is there a freeze on the appraisal after an appeal for a set number of years like some states do it?

The Texas freeze doesn’t do us any favours wrt sheet good supply as resin factories all shut down and many received damages.

Hi Fernando, If you had a "Moen Flo" it would have called your cell phone and told you there was a leak as soon as it started.I assume a pipe broke in the freeze, and they didn't notice it, or just ignored it.Good Luck!
