The capital gains generally tends to be higher in more desirable areas, especially where land is limited.So as an investment, a low yielding piece of real estate dis not always completely irrational as an investment and personally, I am a strong believer that in todays market with so much information at our finger tips, prices and percentage returns and yields tend to be a good reflection of risk.Just my opinion base don my investment style.

There are unrealistic sellers, buyers, and brokers/agents.When the expectations don't match up to what was said verbally or in writing that's when the finger pointing starts to happen.With what I do it's more about the numbers so it's a world of difference from residential.

Using my phone, I find it annoying that when I scroll a post, the darned chat box scrolls along too and blocks the view of the post until I lift my finger.

It would really be helpful if those who don't have a clue about new financial requirements would be not post crazy ideas dreamed up trying to show newbies how clever they are or what we pulled off in 1985.Asking questions is one thing, making suggestions is a blog, not a forum post and in either case if the blogger or poster is not current with applicable laws about what they post, then please keep the fingers off the keyboard.
