I have 14 doors. 

Specifically I like to track occupancy and NOI and income per door especially if it's a value add project. 

The door leaves 0 room next to the vanity and to the right when you walk in is a toilet with a cabinet above.

If you have a glass door there, could be a faulty rubber sweep at bottom of door.  

I paid a local tow truck driver $100 to stop in front of their trailer with his truck and start measuring his trailer while they were at home watching and then knock on the door and ask if tongue and axles were under the trailer.  

Middle of city, shovel ready with electric/water/sewer/roads/entrances, etc. 

I.e. for carpenters, knowing how many doors need installed, all trim installed, addition of quarter rounds AFTER floors are refinished, wood filling of all nail holes and caulking of all gaps in trim.Tile installers: installation of wonder board, with all seams taped and cemented.  

*Could we deduct the expenses of any modifications made to make the home more accessible (ie adding a ramp to the front door)?
