When the market crashed in 2008, the most logical approach would be to take defensive positions and set your Stop Markets, example, 1 company that laughed at the crisis was "Dollar tree" and it doesn't take rocket science to know why.

The language is pretty easy to understand and search for specific info in the Act.I use a realtor who provides the VAR Form 200 residential lease it is pretty solid and contains a section for military members, diplomats and so forth.Additionally you need to make sure that the tenant signed a Military Crash Zone addendum and all other required addendum's.Lastly you just need a good spreadsheet which you can develop over the coming month's that covers rent, expense, taxes, insurance, repairs, marketing, advertising fees, and any utilities you provide.

It's fun to do deals, but it'll be more fun to share the experiences with others in the business.Bigger Pockets has been great for me, as I saw home prices becoming extremely cheap after the financial crisis, but I didn't know how to evaluate deals, estimate expenses, or what factors could make or break an investment.
