Purchased all cash as a major fire damaged home and knocked almost all of it down and re-built it with new addition and rooftop deck with jet-liner views of the city!

There are a couple air bnbs that seem to do okay but there is nothing unique about them.What I'm asking for is help/thoughts/ideas with this:1. 

We offer early termination for basically all leases, which is 1 month plus the deposit if there's no damages. 

Check smoke detectors and air filters on HVAC systems.  

A little about me: I'm a two-time combat veteran with the US Air Force.

(and we do a soft credit pull, so no more damage to that score :) )  

It is likely the HOA is responsible just for fixing the roof - not damage to your unit itself.  

If there is mold, it will usually be A) on the subfloor exterior, joists, and insulation in the crawlspace, or B) in any areas of water damage/water leaks inside the walls, behind tile in bathrooms, etc.

I'm seeking advice on a challenging situation with one of my rental properties, a condominium that was damaged in a fire incident.

You could be overlooking some knuckleheads doing damage to the place - I've thought about doing the same thing for my daughter in a few years.
