There usually is no screening process and unscrupulous owners or slumlords just slam bodies into rooms..often renting by the week.

comment 3, no it is not paid to the insurance company but it is treated as a deductible ie you need to put it towards the payment of your rehab/reconstruction, just like an auto policy that requires you pay the body shop your deductible as a precursor or co-cursor of insurance funds dispersal

I went to school for auto body technology for repairing cars after they have been in an accident.

Issues will come up and sometimes you will need to have a body show up.

There's also quite a bit of crime in Baltimore (on an overnight I watched them fish a body out of the water!)...

Listening to your body and knowing when to stop is a skill I am now learning.
