Hello everyone, I bid on two separate homes with Auction.com and won both bids.

Did you have first bids as a realtor?

I was thinking maybe we could list for 194000 and then get a higher bid, the market was hot, some properties were getting multiple offers.

Buyer found property himself on Redfin and also submitted an offer himself on a previous condo but lost the bid.

We're having an Electrician, HVAC, Asbestos removal, Window guy and Plumber come out to do inspections and give us work bids before our full acceptance date. 

I am having trouble finding roofing companies to bid the truss work, as this is something most roofing companies wont do.
