The city is currently evaluating plans for soil reconstruction and remediation. 

The problems usually come when the droppings are in contact with soil and moisture so that the fungi can grow and multiply.

You have to buy more water taps, you have to have the property surveyed and a soils report prepared so the structural engineer can design the foundation.
