It's insane how many deals people will throw your way when they know you only have 45 days to identify (lots of crap with properties that are all priced on pro-forma cash flows!

Hey BP, currently residing in San Diego, Ca.

Can anyone recommend a tax accountant in the San Francisco Bay Area who—in addition to familiar with real estate investments—is familiar with tax implications on Incentive Stock Options (ISOs)?

There's an area here, where I wouldn't touch it with a 10-ft pole, just b/c it's always on the news for crime, and there is an insane amount of rentals available-- b/c guess what-- no one wants to live there!    

For example, I recently sold my apartment building in San Francisco because the market is hot (lots of money seeking investments and low inventory).

Some of the returns have been really insane for some of them, but of course very risk as some have dropped a lot too.
