If BRRRR is too basic, I may opt for multifamily as a better fit, even though it is not likely in my near future, as I imagine much of the coursework will be directly transferrable to real estate at any scale.

thanks for your reply. that particular property is also a resale opportunity ..but I definitely need to know more about the how the system works. probably a trip tomorrow to the City of Chicago building department ..urghhhh I imagine there is a demo schedule, but we've never gotten to the point where a demo was actually scheduled.

Every day I wake up to look at Google News and there is at least one article about Foreclosure, or Fixed Income Tenant can't stay where they have been from before the Covid or the Widow who has lived in the 2/1 house for 50 years cannot pay the increases in Property Tax, Home Owner's Insurance, Lights, Water and everything else.
