Remodeling on vacancy is our big one, but:- Insulate attic- add storage pallets in basement @$x a month- water pressure regulator where the line comes into the house.- water efficient heads- Chicago controls thermostats- coin op laundry was our move this year- big ticket item but I am still a kid when I empty the quarters 👍 - make room for parking on the property- additional $- turn the boiler down.

Phase 1 Looking to build storage units, laundry, gym and a 3 story apartment building in phase 2 in Kansas City MONeed contractor.

The HOA is saying they aren't responsible for relocation.Today, I just got hit with a $31k bill because my insurance denied the restoration, pack out, mitigation and storage all of my renters personal property, to get it away from the sewage while the unit is being rebuilt.

Cost of moving & storage of the property they left behind?

I lock off the garage and use that for storage (at this point), but considering converting it to a "bunk house".I'm sure others will provide great feedback so I'll be following this one closely.Best of Luck!

For all you more experienced RE investors out there, we recently bought a farm which includes a personal residence for our family, several improvements including large buildings and storage facilities for the farm, and the farmland itself. 

Also, I am just finishing a 650 sf storage space that was left unfinished in a previous renovation from a commercial space to a residential unit.

I’m interested/ leaning about commercial multifamily, mobile home parks, and self-storage.

I mostly look for storage units but also have interest in multi family.

A syndication is very unlikely to have no debt).On the other hand, syndications allow most investors to access and diversify into asset classes that they would not be able to own on their own because the entry point is too high (ie, offices, mobile home parks, self storage facilities, larger multifamily etc.).
