So, I take Sunday afternoons to fire up the grill and cook dinner for the family.The rest of the time I spent is used for finding deals, watching movies, and playing video games (probably too much of the last two but WTH?

If the 6 unit were mine, I'd think about having (2) metal pick-nick tables, a matching trash can, (2) pole mount charcoal grills and fire pit, with a shrubbery border to make the area its own space.And for residents and their visitors this sign.

There are a couple of amenities I'm missing (namely a firepit and a BBQ), but I just can't afford to make the upgrades and I don't think they pencil out at this point.

And lastly, you show pictures of the back yard and mention it's available for their use, but you don't have any photos of patio furniture, a BBQ or anything else.

I have a gas BBQ and a gas cooktop. 

., no pitbulls, one licensed vehicle on property, no noise, no alterations, no vegetable gardens, BBQ away from house, no pets, etc,.

To power night light and everyone's electric gizmos.Sewer- Compost toilets above ground.Propane tank open grills, put breakable seals. 

I get home, say hi to my wife and, she tells me the neighbors invited over for brats and burgers on the grill.

I would agree to let them smoke outside in this instance.Bummer, I thought this post was going to be about smoker grills for BBQ!
