i use Buildium too, but I don't think an email would suffice in court as appropriate notice of eviction.For me, Buildium sends out an automated email when the late fee is applied.

True Mike, however a huge value add is buying a business that is from a sole operator where its valued at 1-3X annual earnings and bring in a team to turn it into a self automated business which can sell for multiples in the 10-20X or higher.

Do you use this in conjunction with Podio or other CRM platform and how do you automate the process?

The advantage Podio has over say Highrise, Salesforce, Top Performer etc... is the fact that it is basically infinitely customisable from its setup, lead capturing, integrations with other platforms, and automated workflows
