I am wondering what resources exists within BP for Canadian investors?

The first house I bought, I lived there rent free, AND mortgage free, while renting rooms to other people.

I'm wondering if a more budget-friendly option, like the RHEEM water softener (42,000 Grain Preferred Plus Water Softener for Hard Water and Iron Reduction) available at Home Depot for around $500, would be sufficient.Has anyone had experience with similar DIY water softeners?

The people the seller should have this discussion with is the title company and or legal counsel.  

I'm meeting with a couple agents i was referred to through my network and am wondering what critical questions I should be asking them to understand if they are the right partners for me in this market, especially considering I will be managing this investment from the other side of the country, and what info I should be prepared to provide to them.

I am looking at joining a team that looks after many properties and was wondering if anyone would have some quiiiiiick tips for me.

Wondering if there are any gotchas or anything to be aware of when using this program.
