@Jason S.I can give suggest a plan for the next year but it requires tremendous self-discipline.

Sure enough the new owner was not renting their newly acquired property.Since rents have sharply escalated over the last few years, a rental with too low rent is a red flag of possible fraud.I sold a property in 2014, for $30,000 over 10 years ago.

Regarding who to talk to, I would start with your loan officer and then escalate to their manager. 

It will scan and send everything directly to your Dropbox which streamlines the process tremendously for me.  

Interest rates and points are not the only criteria upon which to base a decision; length of loan, amortization and if you can get it “loan assumability” especially with no qualifying and no rate escalation could e much more important. 

I’m sure many will agree that this has been tremendously helpful and very interesting to follow.

I just wanted to double check before I escalated things.

(They were leases with escalation clauses without a buyout option.)
