Yes, being in a similar timezone is a major plus, I'm currently dealing with other parts of the world for work and the time difference can be a real pain to get things done.For sure I will have to do a few trips at first to find my "rock star team on the ground".First deal will be all cash and hopefully it will help build my credit back to what it once was (rehab purchases...)Regarding the documents signing, I had imagine that by now it was possible to use a web service like Docusign or Hellosign.

IE condenser unit gets stolen, which as we all know is a national sport in the mid west.So my point is the closer the property is to the owner the easier it is to respond especially if you are in different time zones.
