I just found out about this app while driving down Fountain Avenue in Los Angeles this afternoon.

I am actually aware of the higher strata costs (I was paying around $260 in The Fountains II before I bought a house) - my $100 guestimate was for the Willows on Bowen...Thanks for the confirming the 10% property management assumption.

I am looking to get into the Bates-Hendricks and/or Fountain Square areas.  

For example, Fountain Square is in an area where the schools aren't the best, but the average tenant in that area will be a young professional, either without kids or with very young kids who wouldn't be in school yet anyways.

It is an unbelievable fountain of information in a subject I am passionate about...real estate!

Ive heard its a little better in Colorado Springs, but I ve also heard there are some great opportunities nearby in fountain and in pueblo.

One of the way to do that we decided, is to become an active member of BP and learn from the fountain of knowledge that is in the minds of the experienced investors on these forums.

@Robert Fountain , I agree with the others, it sounds like you're on top of things.Just to be safe, document everything that has happened so far, and continue to document through the process.They seem to be understanding - you are not required by law to have every single part ready at a moment's notice.
