I always like seeing new concepts for housing that can be used for various populations.

With that said, I've done some research on the market and found the following information helpful in my considerations for Phoenix that you might find helpful as well:  Demand for both buying and renting property remains high due to the city's strong economy and growing population. 

Not to mention the economic development steps the town is taking in ensuring the growth of town (roads, schools, zoning) stays on par with the future expected population growth and new jobs that are going to be a result of the new factories opening.  

Plus, with my name being the “John Doe” of the Hispanic population, I seem to get this crap often.

The macroeconomics are on fire here - population growth, job growth, and companies moving and developing here.

It's one of the hottest markets in the US right now with so much population growth, job growth, and companies moving/developing here (26B Intel headquarters being built here, 68K+ enrollment in Ohio State University, Amazon, FB, Google, Honda, Nationwide, Anduril, etc.).

Augusta indeed offers great potential with a strong rental market driven by factors such as population growth and a stable job market.

There have been other times in our countries history where we needed more population.... i.e. the Irish immigration.

The investors that i work with look to theses growing markets of population and jobs to make an investment that both cash flows and will find appreciation.
