The buyers I resonated with, who I believed in as operators–those were the people I was willing to be flexible with.

New realtors, new realty companies, new PMs aren't going to have those established relationships and *no* PMs give up the names of their people to anyone else because getting good people is difficult. 

Also, a good number of people see wholesaling as acting as an unlicensed agent getting net commissions (which are illegal for agents) so some see it as illegitimate entirely. 

Take the effort to solicit contractor recommendations from multiple people.

Other people I know have had similar experiences.

Plus, this isn’t just about finding a handyman—it’s an opportunity to build a relationship with another professional in the industry.Remember what Dale Carnegie teaches: “You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get people interested in you.”

I think we will see more "adult" families living together...kids move back in or parents move in with kids.The traditional apartment model was based on 12month leases, but jobs are not always 12 months and people want flexible terms, so co-living often offers that.Seems like younger people between 20-30 and some other age groups don't want to get married and start that housing pathway our parents and grandparents took.   

How many people did that affect?

Since we only lend our own hard-earned money, this gives us the confidence that they are the kind of people with whom we want to do business—and vice versa.Most people are good people, but occasionally, we meet a stinker.
