I feel insensitive when I try to do this after their family member died, but often I find that they dont file for probate until a while after their family member passes.

Perhaps  you also have such an immediate  and intense response  for your own reasons, assume i just cant take a differing opinion  & therefore  resort to name-calling.Perhaps  egocentric  or insensitive  would  have been a more appropriate  term to use,  but given the current  environment,  more professional  behavior  and response would  definitely  be appreciated  in the response  and input provided by an individual   entrusted with the position  of moderator.Perhaps  we can all learn to be more sensitive and professional through this experience.

Not to sound insensitive to those trying to make some side money.... but if airBNB is having problems brokering the illegal selling of weed without a license, you don't go to the federal government to file a lawsuit against the state or city, because it would result in a decline of airBNB's revenue if the state enforces its laws.

It may sound insensitive (and if so, I apologize, as that is not my intent), but I don't prioritize equality over quality.I haven't seen it as a topic on the podast (and it may have already been done), but perhaps a good topic (or topics) would circle around women and/or minorities and having a discussion about what their biggest challenges were in getting established and how they overcame those challenges (regardless of whether the challenge was actually gender or ethnicity)?
