I’m very impulsive but I won’t have the income to invest till the end of next year due to paying off debt so I really want to get things right

Yes I do live by the mantra " Happy wife = Happy Life " BUT we also have a mutual respect when I say we will not do this for these reasons at all OR We decide not to do them at this time but at a later date.I have finances constantly on the brain but we still enjoy fun things I just try to eliminate expensive purchases based on impulse control where the likely outcome is regretting it later.Sometimes the definition of love is saving someone whether it makes you popular or not from making bad decisions.

Dont make an impulsive buy based on emotion , or what the real estate agent says .

The more impulse type tenants the area has to have a lot of high disposable median income.

I want destination type customer places where they need to go there to do something versus businesses that are IMPULSE type shopping items from businesses where you can find that on the internet.
