There is no imperial evidence to support such a claim, making it more of an ideological opinion than fact.

The things he say sound reasonable (price, ideologies and the like) so it seems a bit fishy.

I was doing some Dave Ramsey stuff but deviate from his ideology when it comes to real estate. 

I like Bill Gunderson’s ideology and another one who doesn’t invest in companies that don’t have earnings.

This is ideologically driven.  

Technology, democratization of an individuals ability to hold government accountable, etc. may rejuvenate the socialist-left ideologies which largely failed decades past.  

Apparently they have a waiting list and they don’t believe in the turn and burn ideology that is so common with turnkey providers. 

I’d rather B but the entry is more than I’m willing to do right now .c and d class can be very profitable .its a tough place to be but I grew up in poverty so I understand their ideology and how their poor choices created that mindset .one thing I learned investing in the hood is ( I’ll say it bluntly) you can’t be a wimp !
