I totally hear you on wanting confidence you're getting the *best* deal when there can be multiple that look good (this was actually the reason I built a tool that scans and analyzes every new property on the market so I knew I was getting the best of the best!).

This fits my plan for a couple of reasons, I plan to rent one unit long team and as I travel a fair bit for work I'll Airbnb the second unit when I'm overseas.

I won't go into all the details, but there always ends up being a significant problem in the documents I get or don't get, in negotiations, etc, and the trigger never gets pulled.For a variety reasons in addition to the above, including my wife's encouragement, I've decided to take a serious look at going the real estate route instead.

With most products their is a place where this makes sense, but in my experience there is only 1 with this product Right Way = Pretty low credit score and cannot qualify for a traditional loan to access the equity and you need the cash fast Wrong Way = Any other reason than the above.

Her soon to be ex husband was the only reason they could afford the house in the first place and he isn't paying for anything anymore, so I'm trying to help her figure out a way to keep paying her mortgage, or at least reduce her payment to an amount she can afford.Do any of you know of a way to get him on some kind of rental assistance program in the Indianapolis Indiana area?
