As a low level booster and high level fan, I can see myself investing in that market sometime in the future as well, potentially for my young children if they choose to attend there as well and as a possible 2nd/Retirement home for my wife and I. 

All of your stories are a big confidence booster...especially the retiring before 30 parts haha

Also works great for that booster seat for the kiddo at the dinner table.

Some of the pumps we use are electric, called booster pumps, could be pretty cool.

One other thing since the WiFi can sometimes have a hard time getting inside the trailers from wherever it is broadcast, they have these boosters that you put inside the trailer and they're about $200, and they amplify the signal so that you can get it inside the trailer.  

Everyone in our circle had two COVID shots and my wife and I had our booster shots last week.

I’m probably going to log out of here for a while because I’ve made my assessment based on feedback (1) there are some guys exactly like me out there who know this is messed up, thanks for letting me vent (2) there are many honorable real estate agents saying “that’s awful that he lied, here’s some practical advice” (much appreciated) (3) there’s a handful of shark brokers with a couple decades of experience, thousands of posts, infinite BP resume boosters like podcast guest appearances or moderator status - and most of these guys very clearly have a different ethical standard than myself and seem to live life by a different playbook.
