Better get a good teacher, and BE TEACHABLE....Because this business is big boy/girl stuff for real!

Along the way I remembered something the great note investor and early real estate investing teacher Jimmy Napier said to me.  

This reminds me of the quote: "When the student is ready the teacher will appear." 

So I started with cooperative assignments, which enabled me to raise much needed cash and then branch into other strategies, buy and hold, fix and flip.

Question - if you’ve contracted for a property you intend to “wholesale” - i.e. flip the contract - and that doesn’t pan out, do you exercise a clause enabling you to exit the deal, or do you close it in your name?

After a long search, I found the right trustworthy Mexican partner/builder which has allowed me to work on doing my own condo developments to enable to give a better deal to the buyers, including people who contacted me on BP and couldn't find something that suit their needs.

All I can say is .. he is a TREMENDOUS inspirational teacher & trainer.
