I heard this was an issue a long with bad or inconsistent call connection.Some of these concerns were brought on by reviews of other investors using it as I'm doing my due diligence, trying to upgrade from Podio to something more professional and robust. 

But I would strongly advise, never letting somebody else do your due diligence on an investment for you. 

Right, and that's why I am doing my due diligence now and asking if someone is familiar with it

Sure that will be not much less devastating with cashflow that sends 100-200 a month to CapEx reserves, but I'm kinda working on the assumption that that kind of work is filtered out during due diligence.

Kidding man.I have a 10-Unit that I'm placing tenants in now so I suspect the same diligence will be coming my way. 

Do the proper due diligence on ARV, estimating rehab costs, closing costs, holding costs (to name a few) and you will have a good idea on what the purchase price should look like.
