The companion ended up doing any of the actual trash removal, which was very minimal.We had to ultimately pay a crew to come and pick up the trash. 

The tenant (who is section 8) now says this a "companion animal".

In my research I've found that I'm not allowed to charge a pet deposit for service animals and that it appears that as a landlord, I have limited/no ability to validate if the animal is truly a service animal vs. a companion.

With my tenants I try to be very clear on a service animal and I never use the words "emotional support animal" or "companion animal."

Its my understanding then, I am gonna need some good companion in this and I would like to ask you guys to help me out to find them.Thanks you all.
