I'm bummed I don't see that feature any longer. 

(Both are stress-inducing and strange considering they don't mimic the residential market, so be prepared for that).

I have read about (but never tried) offering to open a large CD for a 6 or 12 month term as an inducement.

Don't overdue it, or you'll be bummed when you look at how much you've spent, and even more bummed when a tenant wrecks it!

There is a tort called FRAUD BY INDUCEMENT.
